In accordance with its by-laws, our local Love In the Name of Christ affiliate and its staff are governed by a Board of Directors. Officers of the Board include a President who presides at meetings, a Vice President who serves as an assistant to the President and often becomes President in a future year, a Secretary who keeps minutes and conducts official correspondence on behalf of the Board, and a Treasurer who oversees the financial accounting and reporting for the organization.

Love INC Board members are members of churches in the Fairbanks North Star borough and often include pastors/clergy members. All Board members serve up to (two) 3-year terms.
